Intracoastal Waterway
I was a little lost in the process of finding my deep water dream property in the low country until I met Douglas. He knew of every available property that met my requirements and several which had yet to even hit the market. Once under contract, Douglas was instrumental in introducing me to the neighbors, various engineers, consultants and he helped me assemble my team for the closing. Douglas remains engaged nearly 2 years later as I move through the process of putting a conservation easement on the property with Ducks Unlimited. Longlands & Horse Pond Tract
Working with Blue Wing Properties on land and game management practices and hiring them to list and sell some of our properties has been a seamless and positive experience. Weymouth Plantation
In 2018, my wife and I decided it was time to leave the South Carolina coast and join our family in Tennessee. We owned two properties on coastal rivers, and I had been trying to sell the property on Mingo Creek myself without success.
