John Thomas Parker is an agent on the Blue Wing Properties team, specializing in land sales with a focus on timber tracts, recreational land, agricultural properties, hunting land, and management services. He also has experience in commercial brokerage.
John Thomas graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Real Estate and Management Entrepreneurship. He places a high priority on continuing education. He is currently working toward achieving his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to enhance his skills and understanding of all things real estate.
Outside of the office, John Thomas enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He has a passion for hunting across the country with close friends, particularly for duck hunting. He also enjoys spending time traveling with his fiancé, Mary Ellis. Additionally, he is actively involved in his community; currently serving as an ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce, a board member for the Sumter County Gamecock Club and Palmetto Waterfowl Conservation, and a member of the Young Professionals of Sumter and the South Carolina Forestry Association.
