Jon Wood oversees company management for Blue Wing Properties. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College (98’) and an MBA from Wake Forest University (02’). Jon has brokered, developed, and owned real estate across the southeast from Virginia to Georgia.

Jon is passionate about Blue Wing’s mission to facilitate connections to land, water, and nature as he believes that such connections develop more authentic, grounded, grateful, and wiser existences for all of us. His immersion in the outdoors started as a kid in the estuaries of coastal SC, at one point led him to be a trout fishing guide in Montana, and has more recently included up to six week long “walk abouts” in the Everglades. Jon has a sharp attention to detail. He is a fearless explorer, an efficient harvester, and an ever appreciative chef (and eater).
