Josh grew up in the heart of the ACE basin in Colleton County, SC. Raised on a farm and roaming the woods in the Lowcountry all of his life, Josh has developed an extensive knowledge of land and particularly wildlife habitat. He has guided outdoorsmen hunting and fishing for almost 30 years and has built a vast network of friends and contacts along the way. As a passionate outdoorsman, Josh understands what key features to look for when buying or selling sporting properties.
Josh previously owned a thriving real estate business, he understands commercial real estate and land development, and he knows how to find those diamonds in the rough in the real estate world. Josh lives in Walterboro with his 2 wonderful children, Warren and Rentz Anne, who have come to love the outdoors as much as he does.
