Meet The Team

Cofounder of Blue Wing Properties and owner of Blue Wing Land Management, Mark provides brokerage and management services for recreational farms, hunting properties, and rural investments.

Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in biology (’95) and an MBA (’04) from The Citadel. His formal education has been complimented by the mentorship of some exceptional outdoorsmen, wildlife managers, and leaders. Mark has served as General Manager of Brosnan Forest (a 16,000-acre corporate hunting retreat and conference facility), Manager of Wildlife & Environmental Services at Milliken Forestry Company, and President of Garden & Gun Land. He currently serves on the board of the South Carolina Farm Bureau Land Trust.

Mark applies decades of land and wildlife management experience while helping landowners evaluate natural resources, define objectives, and implement creative strategies to achieve their goals. His extensive understanding of land and its natural resources uniquely enables Mark to successfully market properties for sale and guide buyers in their search for just the right property.

Mark and his wife Harriet have three young adult children and have chosen to live the same lifestyle on their rural farm in Fairfield County, SC that he helps clients create.
