A native of the South Carolina low country, Thomas brings to Blue Wing a 28-year career in the land and timber business and a lifetime of experience in almost every corner of the wild outdoors.
Before raising a family in Meggett, SC, he grew up in Walterboro, graduated from the University of South Carolina and lived and worked in Montana, Alaska, and the Florida Keys. Through the guiding and outfitting experiences, he built a vast network in the land world.
Thomas is a fifth generation Colleton County landowner, stewarding several farms his ancestors owned. As adept in a camp kitchen as he is in a sportfish cockpit, cypress swamp, or western trout river, he generally specializes in helping a trusted client base find hidden investment opportunities.
Thomas lives near the Wadmalaw River with his wife Kristi, daughters Meredith and Brantley, and his English Setter, Doc.
