Deep Creek

Deep Creek Farm is a finished family getaway with a heavy focus on wingshooting. A four-bedroom renovated (new kitchen, screen porch, firepit patio) farmhouse overlooks a dove field and 75 acres of fenced duck impoundments that drain off into a hardwood creek. At least eight species of ducks have been identified on the property, included redheads, widgeon, gadwall, ringnecks and teal. As you can imagine, there are usually plenty of wood ducks. The dove field is consistently productive. A couple bonus points include a new metal barn and 500 acres of almost-contiguous leased property (mature pines, hardwoods, fields, and creek) that has proven very productive for turkeys and deer. The property is an hour and a half from Charleston and 15 minutes from Manning. Easy, ready to go, diverse property. No conservation easement.

Messervy Landing

Messervy Landing consists of 89+/- waterfront acres on the Edisto River just 20 miles from Summerville. Mature hardwoods enhance the appeal of over 1,000 feet of river frontage. Two stands of mature managed loblolly pine cover over 30 acres with the remainder of the property consisting of mixed hardwood and pine. A wetlands delineation has been completed, documenting 52.5 acres of upland providing extensive opportunity to build or subdivide.

Oatland

This 87-acre property fully encompasses two important categories: Family getaway, and entertainment spot. With its six-bedroom house, tricked-out party barn, huge lawn dotted with oaks and pines, pond, creek, duck impoundment, and dock on Black River, Oatland is an inviting, turn-key gem.

Windfall

Sitting on the doorstep of Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge, and wedged between the Francis Marion National Forest and Intracoastal Waterway, Windfall is a place that defines the importance of location. On the outskirts of the old McClellanville village, 40 minutes north of Mount Pleasant and less than a half hour south of Georgetown, this 161-acre getaway has provided decades of family memories on land and water – from dock time to deer stand, pig-pickings to quiet solitude around a fire, screen porch to boat rides, and plenty more.

Watson Mountain

This rare large-acreage tract of land offers the quiet solitude northern Greenville County is known for. Easy access to the Northwestern side of the property is provided by Watson Mountain Road, a well-maintained County gravel road. Power is available from the residential power line that parallels Watson Mountain Road. A shared access agreement with the adjoining neighbor provides access to the Southeastern side of the property. Devil’s Fork creek traverses the property…

Black River

This four-acre property on a deep bank of the Georgetown side of Black River is a perfect jump-off to the wild peace of this historic basin. Well within the boating range of Winyah Bay and downtown Georgetown and adjacent to Beneventum Plantation, the lot features an existing covered dock and several attractive homesites within the pines and big live oaks. Views from the dock are expansive and perpetual, as most of the property within sight is protected.
